How do I find reason for failed Electronic Cooling simulation ?

I have been struggling with setting up an Electronics Cooling simulation, it often fails during processing. I have tried simplifying the design, removing components etc, but its really like working in the dark if I dont get any further info in why the simulation failed. Where can I find more info on why a simulation failed ?
