Again close Fusion and restart machine (Just to be sure)&lt;BR /&gt;2. Goto&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local - Delete the Autodesk Folder&lt;BR /&gt;3. Now install Fusion again&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does that help?&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;OSError: [WinError 1392] The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is my recommendation:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Close Fusion&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Delete the shortcut you use to launch&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2a. Restart machine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Go to add/remove programs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Select Autodesk Fusion - Modify&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Select repair Fusion&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This should help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will launch the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Essentially that is an uninstall/reinstall. To confirm that you are now able to use Fusion just that you cannot update it? Can you tell me what is the version of Fusion you are currently on? Also, certainly do the uninstall and a reinstall will install the latest build.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
