    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3395485"&gt;@ThePieMonster&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;For now can you go into add/remove program - uninstall Autodesk Identity manager - restart machine - Now see if Fusion is working? This may cause problems for other Autodesk products but I first want to resolve Fusion and I think I know what could be happening here to resolve the other issues if we hit them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The zip folder attached was from around the same time as when I ran the info tool so just zipped up 2 of those files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also attached the streamer log.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The SSO process is launching a cached version now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried launching the&amp;nbsp;AdskIdentityManager.exe myself in a admin CMD window using the same command the log file stated and I see the below message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="general"&gt;C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\b0c303e70bd97cfdc195adab65922cfeffcb363a\Autodesk Identity Manager&amp;gt;AdskIdentityManager.exe --process_name Autodesk.IDSDK.DefaultProcess-v2 --server_name Autodesk.IDSDK.DefaultServer-v2
The system cannot find the file C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\b0c303e70bd97cfdc195adab65922cfeffcb363a\Autodesk Identity Manager\AdskIdentityManager.exe.&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The file in question is present however so I am unsure as to why its showing its not available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
