How Do I Ungroup Features in the Timeline?

I have grouped these items in my timeline, but now I want to add one more feature to the group:

I can't figure out how to ungroup, nor add to the group. Selecting all of the items in the group and right-clicking does not bring up the option to ungroup, all I see is this:

And likewise, right-clicking on the collapsed group icon does not have an option to ungroup:

What am I missing here?

(Cannot post project file, sorry, don't want to upload my design to a public space.)

Use the last pic you posted, closed group - Delete,

select correct option in the next screen,

I want to expand on what @davebYYPCU posted.

When you select "Delete" it will not immediately delete the group and it's contents. Fusion 360 will ask you whether you want to delete just the group (and keep the content) or if you want to delete the group and all the timeline features in it.
