Confirm Button Greyed Out

I have two student accounts for Fusion 360, one with my school email and one with my personal email. I never had a problem accessing both but now my education license is expiring for both, and when I go to renew my membership all the information is filled out but the confirmation button that allows me another year with the service is greyed out, as if I'm no longer eligible. I'm in 11th grade so I should have 2 more years left. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

When I have seen that issue - do not use the prefilled information.

Delete it and enter the same information.

I found this: Education Plan: "Confirm" button is disabled on the address collection form (autodesk.com)

And somehow it worked. I am pretty sure I did this when I tried last time, but at least it worked now.
