Hey everyone,

As you may know, Fusion will see a subscription price increase on January 30th, 2024. We're offering a discount price of $382 USD/year & lock-in renewal discount price until 2027.

Yes, this is in reference to that promotion that was run last year. I signed up during that timeframe, and my renewal price is far higher than what was expected.

The problem is also that with the current promotion, it is cheaper than our famous 3-year agreement price warranty from last year and the famous increase.... I paid CDN$571.43 last years with the 3-year agreement and this year it is $755.39

Thank you for reaching out here on the forums. I have connected with our teams and here is the explanation of what is happening. (I am assuming that your renewal price that you saw was $490, please correct me if that is now the case).
NOTE: All prices callout out below are US SRP

In Jan 2024 when this price lock was called out Fusion yearly price was $490 (the lock price) and the new yearly price was going to be $545. We were also running a promotion at that time where you got 30% of the yearly price for one year. $545 *.7 = $382.If you opted for the price lock as well, you got both the price lock of $490 until Feb 2027, and you got the 30% off promotion which got your price for that year to $382.

In 2025 when the renewal is up, you are still getting the locked price of $490 which was promised until Feb 2027.You can reference the article that was posted at that time regarding the price lock of $490.

@david2_beaulieu Per my above reply the CDN 571.43 was the limited 30% discounted price and at renewal you got the CDN 755.39 that will be the price until Jan 2027. Again these prices are based on the US SRP.
