Hi @piotr8K89E ,

Since this post is a little older, I wanted to check whether you have already been able to resolve it.

If the issue is still occurring, the message in your screenshot points to a problem during the In Process Stock (IPS) mesh calculation. Since you mentioned that your settings are already correct, I would suggest trying the following:

Go to Preferences > General > Manufacture > IPS & Remaining Stock and confirm that In Process Stock, Mesh Check Safety is enabled.

In the Manufacture workspace > Utilities, temporarily turn off Automatic In-Process Stock Generation.

Regenerate all toolpaths in the affected setup. This can help clear and rebuild the cached In Process Stock data.

Turn Automatic In-Process Stock Generation back on and run the simulation again.

If this happens while using Machine Simulation, it would also be worth checking the machine definition, particularly that the machine components use the correct origin, are assigned to the correct axes, and that the rotation origins and tool/table attachment points are defined correctly. Autodesk lists both IPS data and machine definition issues as possible causes of this error.

If it still happens after these steps, could you let us know:

Does it happen with every design/setup or only this particular file?

Does it happen without Machine Simulation as well?

Which toolpath causes the verification to stop?

Your Fusion version and operating system

If possible, sharing a sample file that reproduces the issue would also help us investigate further.

There is also an Autodesk Support article covering this specific Verification Interrupted message and the recommended troubleshooting steps: Verification Interrupted when using Simulate with Machine in Autodesk Fusion

Please let us know if you are still experiencing it.
