Erase lines

Hi guys, I connected two parts but i found these line. How to erase these lines showing down? please make a video for the solution. I attached a picture and the file.

I got the lid right but when i went to the chamber it did not work please see the video

What do you want to show?
On your "shaky video" I can only recognize that it is a different file than lid.f3d from #1.

CAn you just make a video on how to erase the lines as you did in the lid please. I attached the file again. Just show in the video please.

The original file is modeled all wrong (see just one example in image below), so it will be best to start over from scratch...

The designer @memo2022 seems to be having trouble sketching a dimensioned rectangle.

I fixed that please see the attachement. Last question how to place the object in the centre. Why I have to move the object to the centre to make the sktech and the measurement wont be accurate can you demonstrate in with this design how to place the object in the centre automatically like solidwork. Thanks

I propose that your skills in SolidWorks also aren’t up to snuff. As such my recommendation would be to follow @TheCADWhisperer ’s suggestions step by step. Chances are that you’ll actually learn how to model, rather than just hack through stuff 😉

OK, it turns out that I am a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) since 2007 and have taught many other CSWP and CSWE.

So let's get started...

Sketch a Center Rectangle at the Origin as shown below...

Because it took all day to get this far - we will have to take baby steps at first.

Add these two dimensions ...

Notice that the sketch changes color (just like in SolidWorks).

Attach the file here for next step. (This will only take 15 minutes from start to finish.)

Now sketch these circles as shown below (BTW - there is an easier way to do this in Fusion 360 and in SolidWorks but you didn't seem to want to follow my instructions for the easy way, so we will do it the hard way.)
