      <description>&lt;P&gt;Further, any time I use the Autodesk Assistant chat to try and ask about the problem, chat malfunctions after providing my account information.&amp;nbsp; It just stops and doesn't proceed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The whole support experience with Autodesk is very poor.&amp;nbsp; I'm on the verge of uninstalling and dealing with alternative software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
