I opened a couple designs and numerous Components/bodies and can not select any face or chain of faces to use thicken. Even a simple washer has nothing selectable when hovering over bodies and faces.

I have used thicken before in surface mode and (I'm sure) in solid mode.

The component is not locked or unselectable.

Using the personal-use version.

Thanx

Check your Selection Filters, be sure they are all selected. They are in the upper right of the menu bar.

@gee.moe - Thicken ONLY works on surface bodies. That is its intended usage: to turn a surface body into a solid with some thickness. Use Offset Faces in the Solid tool set to "thicken" a solid body (meaning: add material to a set of selected faces in a solid)

Offset faces is a bit more work but a great solution. I wanted to thicken to make clearance in body to body fit in 3d printing.

Appreciate the help!
