Recently returned to Fusion 360 and all my models are gone

Hi all.

I've been dealing with sad parent-related issues for about a year, so I was not able to use Fusion 360 at all. I'm now slowly beginning to return to normalcy with some time for hobbies, so I recently re-installed Fusion 360 on a fresh installation of Windows 11.

I used my existing AutoDesk account to login and was requested to create something called a "Hub". After completion, all my models were nowhere to be found (and I read and followed all advice regarding lost files found in helpdesk articles and forum posts, so I think I did my due diligence checking the hub management pages and every project location).

Apparently, I completely missed the transition from Single-User Storage to Team Hubs, and did not receive notifications about that migration.

The only thing proving that I ever created models in Fusion 360 is that my capacity of editable documents was still showing "10 of 10". Clicking on that sends me to "My Editable Documents" and gives me a list of the names of models that I once created, but trying to open an item results in an ever spinning progress indicator. I.e. the file is just not there, I'm assuming that I'm seeing leftover metadata. I was also able to set one item in the list to read-only, so the capacity now shows "9 of 10". However, that item permanently disappeared and cannot be found in any location anymore.

I'm really worried that all my work is gone. Can anyone please help?

Rajkumar, thank you for your quick and professional response. I've contacted your colleagues as per your instructions. Hopefully they succeed in bringing back my data.

And to be clear, it was never my intention to be of touch this long. I did indeed receive one e-mail about these changes, but -as I mentioned earlier- it came during a hectic period and it said "There's no action to take now if you'd like to wait for a required in-product upgrade later". So I misread this as "The migration will be performed whenever it suits me". In hindsight, this interpretation may not have been realistic.

I very much appreciate the support you're providing, even for people who (in reference to Ross Geller from "Friends") were on quite a break!

I’m happy to report all my data has been restored! After the Fusion Content Storage Support team completed their magic, I was asked to start Fusion 360, and a few clicks later, a data migration wizard made all my models accessible again. My gratitude goes out to everyone involved in helping me with solving this issue. Thank you for the support!
