need help with personal use

I have been using personal use fusion 360 for a while now, I recently used your free trial for the full version. When that free trial ended it has now made my whole account veiw only with nothing savable. I was talking to a representative about trying to get my personal use account back and he abruptly ended the chat. I then talked to another representative who told me to uninstall and reinstall the software. I have done that and its the same problem where it just says expired subscription - view only. I would like help ACTUALLY getting my personal use account back. I have now talked to 4 agents all of them useless in helping. I have tried everyone autogenerated "fix" theyve sent. I do believe its a problem that someone on the support team needs to fix on my account>

@SNOWBOARDERS0804 @Can you send me the email used to register the account? As for the personal to trial , how did you go about this? Did you create a new account?

its my account name on here with @gmail.com on the end. Ive used the same account the whole time, I just accepted a free trial and when that expired my account got locked to veiw only.

@SNOWBOARDERS0804 Can you please try the below and let me know if that helps?

Windows:

Log out of Fusion
Close Fusion
Go to - C:\Users\USER ID\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<o2id>\ DELETE OfflineCache.xml
Now start Fusion again

Mac:

Logout of Fusion
Close Fusion
Launch Finder - Go - Go to folder - type the below
~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/
You will find a folder in there that is a unique ID folder
Go into that folder and find and delete OfflineCache.xml
Now launch and login to Fusion
