spacemouse wireless still not working

I've tried all your suggestions as well as the ones from 3dconnexion and my mouse still works sporadically.

It is fusion specific as it works in other applications.

Any suggestions?

I thought there was another thread but it may have been an e-mail exchange.
My wireless space mouse freezes in fusion360.
It's sporadic. Sometimes it won't do anything and sometimes it will move the model up and down but not horizontally.
I've tried all the solutions 3Dconnexion suggested and that didn't fix it.
It works in my bambu slicer program and it the 3D "view" tool.

This is the 10.9.10 driver, correct? What did 3DC suggest?

This is what 3D suggested. It didn't fix it.

Quit all applications.
Go to the Windows settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
Uninstall 3DxWare - Please do not use any 3rd party removal tools.
Reboot your system to complete.
Download 3DxWare.
Ensure no applications are running, then double-click the installation file.
In the installer window, click the Advanced Settings drop down arrow.
In the lower left corner of the Advances Settings window, click the option to Remove old user settings.
Click Accept and install.
Reboot your system to complete.
Connect the device and test.

Gotcha, so basically a clean reinstall of their drivers.

Based on your initial description, it's not behavior I've been able to reproduce on my devices with any of my SpaceMice, though perhaps there are some Fusion settings we have set differently.

In general, when the concern is regarding a plane not moving as expected, I caution users to check the 3DxWare driver page for Fusion and toggle off the Sketch Lock and Lock Horizon options, as these are newer options with the latest SDK and are unexpected by longtime SpaceMouse users that update to newer drivers. You can also try toggling Fusion to use the legacy SDK under Fusion's Preferences > Compatibility and Troubleshooting > SpaceMouse driver, and see if this is a factor.

Also, please check what canvas camera view you are using when experiencing the behavior - some plane-locking functions only work while using Orthographic, or Perspective w/ Orthographic faces, and an unexpected switch between Ortho and Perspective could be a factor.

I have it set to legacy.
Sketch lock is turend off. Horizon lock is a different story. It is toggled on everytime I open the settings.

Also there are times when I open the spacemouse settings the mouse isn't paired with my computer.

The camera is set on perspective.

Did you make sure that the transmitter is connected directly to the PC and not via a hub?

yes. didn't make any difference.
I've deleted the app several times and re enstalled it.

Everything I've tried either worked for a day or didn't work at all.
What is unenstalling the app is a mystery.

well..an update.

I have the mouse hard wired right now and it works in fusion...when it's turned off. 🤔
