Normally when someone comes here with that problem it turns out they had more then one account and are signing in to an old hub they had forgotten about. Any chance you have created more than one account in the past?

In Fusion's data panel, at the top is there any other hubs available to switch to?

You might be able to find if you've got more than one hub looking at what's stored locally on your hard drive.

See this article on the location of files.

Here you can see I've logged into 2 different hubs.

No files - Fusion hub will no longer be accessible starting on 31 March 2026

Hi

I recently received an email stating that I will lose access to my Fusion hub on 31 March 2026. After logging into my account I noticed that all my content/files were already missing. All I have is an empty hub.

I contacted fusion.contentstorage@autodesk.com that was linked in the email. They could only assure me that no action has been taken do inactivate the hub, and it remains in an active state.
They recommended that I reach out to the Fusion Support Forum for further help.

The issue I have is not the access to the hub itself, it's that there is nothing on it. Several years of work is non-existent now. This email was the first reminder about my inactivity being close to 365 days. I know for a fact that it hasn't been more than 365 days since I last worked in Fusion, so it shouldn't have been wiped already.

One thing I can think of is that it might have something to do with me changing my account email. I believe that I did that in October 2025 after having my desktop crash and laptop wiped during service.
I have tried to log in with the old email, but it just says "We couldn't find an account with this email."

Does anyone have an idea why my Fusion hub seems completely wiped clean?

Thanks in advance

I did have two accounts at one point, one that was connected to my old email and one with the current one. However, I think I deleted the newer one because that didn't have any work on it so that I could change the email on the old account to my current one. After changing it I was still able to see all my projects etc. This was after getting my laptop back from service with a fresh install.

There is no other available hub to switch to in the drop down that you showed.

There is however two folders in AppData suggesting two different hubs, one that has the current date on it and one that is from October.
