Intel graphics driver regularly crashing

Fusion keeps hanging up seemingly at random. My screen freezes up, then a few moments later, everything goes black for a second before coming back with Windows' night mode off and Fusion's canvas blank white. The best "pattern" I've found so far is it seems to happen when editing a toolpath immediately after selecting a new chain. The crash occurs before the chain shows up in the contour selection dialogue. All parts of fusion remain open and operable except the canvas is white and nothing shows up on it. I'm able to save my work, close Fusion, and restart to get full functionality back.

AMD Ryzen 9 9900X
Intel ARC B580 Graphics
32GB RAM 480MT/s

It seems strange that my dedicated GPU isn't showing up here. I was only able to get my GPU to show up by switching to OpenGL graphics.

Any thoughts? Need any more information?

Can you try the graphics diagnostic? (Help>Support and Diagnostics>Graphics Diagnostic) There's a "copy" button on the diagnostic dialog.

I don't know if this will be helpful but when I experience this crash I'll try to post what I was doing at the moment. The first crash of today occurred when I was trying to pan my view while selecting contours for a 2D adaptive operation.

Past crashes have occurred when starting tool path simulation as well.

Can you provide a crash report number please? I need to look up your crash reports.

That is correct on the specs. The program doesn't crash entirely, just the graphics (canvas) and it appears to reset my system graphics somehow.

Hi @AlanMueller, can you confirm for me that your display is connected directly to the B580 graphics card and not the motherboard?

The display is indeed connected directly to the B580 card via an HDMI cable.

I was just on my way here to report another crash. This time I had an adaptive toolpath selected, so the toolpath and points were displayed on the canvas, and I was panning the view with my 3D mouse. No commands were active at the time.

Restarted Fusion, same file, new crash, again while navigating with 3d mouse, this time while editing an open chain on a contour toolpath. The edit chain dialog was open along with the 2d contour dialog.

For what it's worth I'm using a Spacemouse Enterprise, my 3DxWare version is 10.9.9.721, and I am using the "Latest" spacemouse driver option - however this problem was happening before I got my Enterprise. Up until two days ago, I was using the spacemouse wireless on an older version of 3DxWare with the "Legacy" spacemouse driver option selected in Fusion settings.

I've attached the file I'm currently working on, but this issue is happening with many different files. I've had to change the name of this file to .f3d from .f3z in order to attach it - you will need to change it back to .f3d to open it. Maybe someone should also address that issue with this forum - in this case I would have to delete the machine from my setups in order to have the file exported as .f3d. I had already deleted out all the links to external parts. .f3z should be supported by the forum, but it doesn't seem it is.

I've experienced several instances of this crash today. Two instances within a few minutes of one another (although with a computer reboot between them) both occurred while modifying geometry selections in hole operations. In both instances I was changing the view simultaneously - once with the scroll wheel on my mouse, and once with my 3d mouse.
