    <description>tried, deleted all the folders, installed again but when I try to open the&lt;BR /&gt;software it show me again an error, ask me the access and then&lt;BR /&gt;immediately close.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;unfortunately problem not solved&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i had fusion360 installed, at a certain point it said thati it was offline, I tried to recover fusion, reset it, then uninstall and reinstall but now it doesn't end even the installation. I've Windows 10, is it too old for fusion!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the file uploaded is the report system file or similar, that has been produced during the failed installation&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to&amp;nbsp;%localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web&amp;nbsp;Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion&lt;BR /&gt;4. Restart&amp;nbsp;your machine&lt;BR /&gt;5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again&lt;BR /&gt;6. Now install again&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
