Preserve order 2D Adaptive

I am no longer seeing a preserve order feature for the 2D Adaptive clearing function under the passes tab. Has this moved or is this a bug, or am I just being silly? Thanks in advance for the replies!

EDIT: For some reference I have 3 holes next to each other and the program wants to use the order of middle, right, then left. Would like to be able to use left, middle, then right.

Please attach your model. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Looking in the help here it doesn't look like 2d adaptive has that option, 2d pocket does but adaptive doesn't.

Also I have not updated Fusion yet so not a change there either.

Running into the same issue as the OP. Makes zero sense that they offer preserve order for 2D contour but not 2D adaptive clearing. Wouldn't be an issue if the tool path chain were actually optimized properly, but this is almost never the case.

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.

This is very frustrating. Can you please explain a few things:

1. Why do you want to see the Fusion files when the problem is a missing option?

2. Why is the option missing?

3. Do you expect 2D adaptive clearing to know best?

4. If absolutely necessary I can share a file here but in almost every design I do the order of clearing pockets is the most long winded. Is that not the case for you?

Sometimes, problems can be specific to geometry. It helps to recreate the exact conditions, easiest done with the actual file
It's never been added
Yes, it typically does well
If I've got more than a few pockets to worry about, I use the superior 3D Adaptive and carry on with my day

We do have an existing ticket for this improvement and I've added this thread to the ticket in hopes of increasing its visibility. CAM-6533, for reference
