Installing Free Fusion Version

I have Fusion installed and have been using it for some years. I am retiring now and on my request have had the Free version activated and in my Products & Services section of my account. I have downloaded the EXE file and attempted installing the new download. I already have and still licensed the Fusion installation I have been using for years. When I attempt to install the new version I am advised the latest Fusion version is already installed and asks if I wish to open it. On accepting that I am presented with a window "Problem installing Fusion" [winerror740].

I was advised by a Fusion assistant that I can have both the Paid licensed version and the Free version on my PC at the same time but I am wondering if that is the case and do I need to uninstall the existing version. My fear is that I will uninstall the existing version and then still not be able to install the free version and will be without access to my Fusion files and the application.

I have attached the log files from the failed installation.

I hope someone can help with this as my existing subscription will end in a few weeks.

Regards
