Good Morning. We have over a dozen licenses on our Fusion account and all users are showing that their licenses are expired but in the admin portal they are not. All of our licenses don't expire until late this year or next year.

I am noticing that this appears to be related to Autodesk changing all of our active licenses to now showing as "Fusion Legacy 2024". I tried purchasing a new license and new subscriptions are fine.

I have a ticket open with Autodesk but they are moving very slow and we are at a standstill as Fusion is blocking my team from working due to the software showing it as expired.

What we have tried so far:

Logging out of fusion and back in

Windows uninstall and reinstall of fusion

Fusion repair utility uninstall

Fusion repair utility reset function

Is anyone else affected by this?
