Files Deleted after Student Subscription Renewal

Hi!

I have had a student account for several years now, first through my high school and then through my university. I forgot to renew my subscription until a few months after the deadline to renew, and when I logged in again, all of my files were gone. I saw this forum post about a similar problem, but switching teams did not fix it. Any tips? Thank you.

@vgonzal1ZBFJM To confirm you are using the same account that you used in school to login now and you do not see your files? Can you direct message me and @Andy.Spivey your email used for Fusion, please?

@vgonzal1ZBFJM Thank you for sending me your email used to register for Fusion account.

Note that in our backend when we search using your email ID we do not have any access to your designs itself.

1. I see two hubs in your edu account
2. one you are the admin and one that you are part of another hub that belongs to gonz*@*.org
3. In teh hub that you are the admin see a project called - E172025
4. In the other hub that you are invited I see many projects

My question is:

When you login using your EDU account, are you seeing both these hubs and if so in your hub do you remember names of any projects that is missing?

I only the hub that I'm an admin of. The other one must be the projects from my high school account, although I thought the ownership had been transfered.

in your hub what are some of the projects that you are missing ?

I assume there is no way to transfer these projects or at least give me access? I can no longer access that account since the email has been discontinued. The projects I'm looking for are probably named something like "Urban", "E172024", and "SciOly", although those wouldn't be the names verbatim (and it's possible a couple of them I didn't make projects for and just put them in the admin project).
