New constraint tool does doesn't seem to work

I can create the constraint but it doesn't stick, as shown in the video:

.f3d file is attached; File/Export output an .f3z file which didn't let me post - "Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

The attachment's constraint test v3.f3z content type (application/fusion) does not match its file extension and has been removed."

Hard to tell from the Video but I suspect it is actually working and it just appears not to be constrained because of the angle you are looking at it.

To upload an .f3z file you can drag and drop it into the reply or .zip it and attach.

It doesn't work when you click browse due to a forum bug(that has existed for over a year now)

@Tarek_K any Idea when this .f3z upload bug will be fixed?

That'snot it; at :16 you can see that I drag the tire away while the cube remains fixed.

One of your Components is externally referenced.

Can you make it local and then Attach the f3d file.

I would first check from orthographic view rather than at an angle.

Try dragging side to side and up and down.

If you do not have the View Cube parallel to the screen - 3D motion in space can be deceptive.

I suspect that @a.laasW8M6T is correct.

I can drag the tire in all directions.

The constraint is as I suspected working correctly, Although it may not be doing what you want

You're right!

Viewing orthographically shows that the point does always stay on the plane; I didn't consider that the tire can roll around the point.
