This is a common issue that every user encounters every now and then, and it can be caused by multiple reasons, but can't tell exactly which without the .f3d file, so if you can, attach the .f3d file to your next post.

I am attempting to modify an existing model and can not increase the fillet size beyond o.26mm when I need at least 0.5mm. I have attempted every possible option in dialogue box and something is preventing larger fillets.

I do not know if this is a native Fusion file as the owner had someone else create it from hand drawn sketches and a machined sample.

One of the formats in the file I was provided is a .3MF and that is what I am attempting to modify, tilt the pins 15 Deg towards the rounded end.

The unmodified file has the same issue and used a 0.225mm fillet so it appears I inherited the problem from the original designer.

Ant thoughts on how to solve this issue would be appreciated.

I would attach the file if it were mine to hand out but I do not own it.

I did some experimentation and the issue seems to be the sharp end of the pin shape, I added a .025mm rounded end and achieved a larger fillet, now its up to the owner if he can live with the design change.
