Fusion launches only in offline mode

Fusion launches using my educational license in offline mode. This happens on different computers, different browsers, and logging on the Autodesk.com website with different accounts. I deleted the offline.xml file.. I attempted have a trial fusion with the same account. Whatever I try, fusion is stuck on opening with the wducational license in offline mode.

@sdpidgeon Can you share an image on what you are seeing? On all the machines that you are using are they all using the same network? If so can you connect to say a mobile hotspot and see if Fusion goes online?

This right after booting. The userrname in the upper left indicates I am
using sdpidgeon@my.stlcc.edu for which I have an educational license. I
have another account which I started a full license trial yesterday. I got
a notice that the trial had begun. No matter what I log on autodesk.com
as, I can't launch fusion with any other account/license as the educational
one.
Some history: A couple of days a go I doqn loaded an add on that allows
one to name extrusions, I think it was called namedirect from a guy that
wrote it in python. After that when lI next launched fusion it gave me a
dialog to chose repair, which I did, then it worked and the add on worked.
a few days later, the launch only offline issue started.

@sdpidgeon I dont see an image but can you also provide the following?

1. Close Fusion
2. Add/remove Programs
3. Select Autodesk Fusion - MODIFY
4. This will launch Fusion service utility
5. Run gather system info
Please attach the Fusiondiagnosticslog.zip

I folloiwed your instructions on my laptop here are those files.

I will send the files from the main machine I use next.

Question: When I launched fusion on the main machine there was no logon ritual. That makes me think there is a cookie or cache that holds some account information, I am not clear on how this works when fusion app is a local app that uses cloud data. Could you tell me what's going on, and how to get rid of whatever local data is being held?

Can you please try the below?

Close Fusion
Go to C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db

Can you delete the idervices.db file and then restart Fusion?

@sdpidgeon Do the following

1. Make sure Fusion is closed
2. If you have any other Autodesk products running close them
3. Go to task manager - close Autodesk identity manager and also iservices.db

Now go ahead and delete the file.

autodesk idenity manager keeps repopulating after it is deleted

@sdpidgeon @The files will reappear and that is expected.

1. After deleting the db file and launching Fusion it did not ask you to login again? Took you straight to offline ?

2. Did you get a chance to try connecting to a different network?

3. Logs certainly it show that Fusion is not able to connect to a few services that it needs to go online. If you turn off any anti virus or windows defender does that help?

4. Restart your router and does that help?

Again all of the above asks are not random but trying to figure out which path to go for a resolution.

I kept repeating your instructions, sometimes an app or file I stopped or deleted would reappear. one time I did have to log back on and that time it worked, thank you for your time and effort in solving this problem

@sdpidgeon Glad to know it is working now. It is certainly something in the db file that got messed up.

For me, I just needed to click the "view job status" button which is a clock icon near the top right and switch to online from there.
