Now I could be wrong here but it's just a starting guess based of past threads. When a license is about to expire and you go to renew it you should get a 30 day free trial of paid fusion if your on Edu so it can process your education license again for your new one year education trial (I don't know if this is the same case for personal), however if you're just made your education account and this has happened well... Someone official will have to help you there.

I'll edit this post later and tag the official Edu guy once I find his tag because it's been a very long time since I've tagged, he may not even work here anymore...

kind regards

Ricky

@James.Youmatz , I think your the person who Trippy lighting tagged last time when I was in a thread with this kind of issue, if I've tagged the wrong person sorry. Could I ask that you do tag the correct education person instead however, thanks Ricky

Hi, I am a student from PPNS (Ship Polytechnic of Surabaya). I use a student account for Autodesk software. I am having trouble with the expiry duration of the Fusion software. With a student account, I should be getting a year of access to the software. Yet, I only have 24 days of access starting from August 25th, 2025. How do I fix this issue?
