stuck at: "file preview being generated and will soon be ready"

There's a design, the design, I'd really like to view from my iPad.

- F360 installation on iPad is new;

- modified and resaved the design so it's fresh;

- I can view various other designs OK

But this one has been giving me the "file preview being generated and will soon be ready" message for a day now. Tried viewing on the web and there is a similar issue: I can view various aspects of the file information but trying to view the design just creates an infinite spinning disk.

It's true that it's a relatively complex design (at least by my standards). What can I do to debug this?

Hi @maker9876

I don't have an iPad, but I do use an Android device.
Could you please try these and see if they help?

Clear the cache

Open Fusion Mobile App
Go to your Profile button in the upper left corner
Select Settings
Clear the recent / offline / uploads data

Overwrite the design

Open the design in Fusion Desktop Application
Apply a small change to the design (for instance, show and hide a body)
Save the design as a new version
Test opening the design in Fusion Mobile Application.

If the suggestions above do not resolve the issue:

Try promoting previous version of the design and retest
Uninstall and reinstall Fusion Mobile Application.
