Hello,

I can move the fork-like piece on the left as desired by selecting "custom." However, when I try to do the same for the piece on the right, I select "custom" and then specify the direction line, but when I click OK, it moves in a different direction.

Am I missing something? I don't understand.

I'm attaching the assembly I want to move.

<video-js data-video-id="6376544445112" data-account="6057940548001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(view in My Videos)

This is not a job for a Slider Joint, you should be using a Pin (hole) and Slot Joint. Also, your base plate was only a Body, not a Component, which interferes with joint process. I converted it to a Component but due to timeline issues I could not carry the sketch into the component. Please adjust the Joint Motion Limits to suit. Model is attached

If this answers your question, please select the "Accept Solution" on my post. If you need further help, please ask.
