The requirement is that you update Fusion to 2603.1.15. You can do this even today by going into Fusion- help and check for updates and run the update. Fusion update to its latest is what is needed.

Hello, I have been trying to get help from fusion 360 and talk with a sales person for both sales and technical questions but no one is getting back to me.

My questions:

I currently have fusion 360 on my mac that run OS Monterey. Last time I updated my operating system for fusion 360 it screwed up lots of other programs I have and ended up costing me a lot.

My subscription is about to expire and I could renew today or I could let expire and start a new subscription to take advantage of the sale.

In either case would I need an updated operating system? I know I no longer get support, which is fine but if I am forced to update to the newest version I am not going to be able to use.

I am also currently getting an alert that I have “7 days to update to the newest version”

Is there any way around this? To my understanding I can’t update to the newest version.

I need real help with these questions. I have paid for fusion 360 for years. I think I deserve to be called back by someone in their US offices to really help me with this question.

@kariD9GSU Ok. So this 6 days you see is for you update FUSION app and not your OS. You are on build 2602.1.25 and we are currently at 2603.1.15. You had snoozed the update to the latest version and the notification is telling you that you will have to update the app in 6 days. Essentially 6 days until your snooze is done.

You do not have to update your macOS at the time. However as you called out please do note that that macOS is unsupported and that it may be difficult to address any issues specific to that macOS.

Please let me know if that clarifies your concerns.

I can't afford a new computer at this time and I can not update my operating system from Monterey. I guess I need clarity if I can still use fusion 360 after 6 days or if I am going to be kicked off of it due to my current situation.

Is there a work around or can I continue snoozing the update to continue to use as I am right now?
