    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply, my operating system is Windows 10 and after restarting, I uninstalled everything I installed again and there's no way. I'm thinking about deleting all the data on the PC and trying again, but I don't know why this is happening to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would like to understand more of what you are seeing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Go to add/remove programs&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select Fusion - MODIFY&lt;BR /&gt;This will launch the Fusion service utility&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click on the Repair Fusion - let the repair be done&lt;BR /&gt;4. Now launch Fusion again&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I would assume the problem still happens&lt;BR /&gt;5. At this time go back to the Fusion service utility&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;6. Run gather system info&lt;BR /&gt;This will generate two zip files&lt;BR /&gt;7.
