Dear all,

I should simulate a piece of a camera under thermal constraints, but the solver doesn't work fine -It stops the run-, can you help me to solve this behaviour ?

Best regards, EO.

Finaly, it works well, but it is very long to solve.

Hi @edernolli,

We appreciate the follow-up you're now able to receive the results. If possible, we'd like to investigate the job that seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to solve. In order to do so, we'll need to first take a peek at the Fusion diagnostic log files.

If you can spare the time, please attach the zip file and email it to: hugh.henderson@autodesk.com and the Sim Engineering team will be able to take a look ASAP.

Username pull-down > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log File

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and please let us know if you have any additional questions, comments, or suggestions.

Best regards,
