Hi - When I start Fusion it goes into Off-Line mode despite my computer and high-speed internet connection is fine and tested. On start up the message on the screen tells me I am being signed in and my name appears in the top left corner of the screen suggesting I am signed in. I have no proble accessing the Autodesk website so my internet connestion is fine for that. I do hope someonne can suggest what might be wrong. Many thanks - John Morse

[Removed an email address to protect the OP's personal information - Community Manager]

[The subject line of this post has been edited for clarity by Community Manager.

Thanks to all that read this - the repair of a PC fault and a total re-install has fixed the problem.
