    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please and thank you.&amp;nbsp; The support chat has been no help and continues to tell me that it can't be done.&amp;nbsp; By forcing 2FA on us, we lost access to everything.&amp;nbsp; For some this could be costly.... Someone should be fired for this.&amp;nbsp; While I can understand the efforts to secure accounts, it should be opted in by the user and no by the company.&amp;nbsp; Thus avoiding things like this.&amp;nbsp; I was a developer for 35 years.&amp;nbsp; If we'd done something like this, we'd been in serious legal trouble.&amp;nbsp; Regardless, for the rest of us, I don't want just my files, I want back into my account so I can update it and continue using it.&amp;nbsp; I want to keep my ability to edit the files, the history, etc and update my current school email, etc.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to lose anything or access to my account.&amp;nbsp; Personally, I never agreed to 2FA.&amp;nbsp; So I don't see the logic in NOT turning it off as it should have never been turned on to begin with.&amp;nbsp; So disabling it would be as if it was never touched.&amp;nbsp; I can easily prove it's my account...for something I never turned on to begin with.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I hope there's something you can do.&amp;nbsp; I just don't understand why it has to be this difficult when we didn't turn it on to begin with.&amp;nbsp; We are locked out at no fault of our own.&amp;nbsp; I could understand if we had turned it on..and then be a concern for user security...but we didn't.&amp;nbsp; We didn't turn this on.&amp;nbsp; It was done without our consent.&amp;nbsp; Now we continue to go without it...and I desperately need to work on something and now I can't.&amp;nbsp; Let alone access any of my files.&amp;nbsp; This is so frustrating, worrisome, and seriously concerned at this point.&amp;nbsp; Please help them to see and understand turning off 2FA for us has no impact in security as we never turned it on to begin with.&amp;nbsp; Thus reverting back to before the change/update.&amp;nbsp; At that point i'll update my info and decide if I want it back on or not.&amp;nbsp; But I can't do that without access.... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate all the help you're doing and thank you for being patient with us!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing an issue accessing my Autodesk account. I had a student membership linked to my student email address, but my institution has since deleted that email. Now, when I try to log in, I am prompted to receive a verification code either via my student email (which I no longer have access to) or via my phone. However, I am not receiving any verification codes on my phone either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I cannot access my student email and I am not receiving the authentication code on my phone, I am completely locked out of my account. I would appreciate your assistance in recovering access.       <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;I am unable to access my Fusion 360 account because of this issue. There is no way for me to access my old school email. What I need help with is that I am not receiving the verification code via SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I get the error message: "Voice and text messaging service is currently unavailable." Because of this, even though I know my email and password, I cannot log in since I am not receiving the required verification code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I will attach a screenshot of the issue below.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've tried to use sms verification, but it gives an error. The phone number is correct and from what I've read that even if it seems like an option, the phone verification is closed off?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There have been projects in the cloud that I don't want to lose, so I am unsure of what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, after I enter my e-mail and password, it asks for a security code.&amp;nbsp;I pressed send again because I didn't receive the code on my phone. It says an unexpected error has occurred. After that I tried to do other methods but it says&amp;nbsp;service is currently unavailable for calling and the SMS. As my e-mail is no more active and I can't open it again, I can't get a verification that way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope I was able to explain the&amp;nbsp;situation, I am adding the screenshots.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify here on this thread, the 2FA is a security feature and that does not mean this is a problem.
