      <title>Unable to Access My Autodesk Account Due to Forced 2FA on Student Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had not updated my student email, and came to login to my account and see that you all have forced 2FA on all accounts. &amp;nbsp;We should have had a choice and not have it forced upon us. &amp;nbsp;Giving us time to prepare or receive notice at minimum with confirmation of receipt. &amp;nbsp;I, like so many others were not aware this was being done and now I can't access 2 years of hard work with my projects and files that I can no longer access. &amp;nbsp;I do not have a way to access my files because I no longer have access to the email I originally had and now need to update it to the most current. &amp;nbsp;But I can't get into my account to do so. &amp;nbsp;I saw a previous post where you temporarily disabled 2FA for 7 days for another user. &amp;nbsp;Could you PLEASE do this to the account I need to access so I can update my email, and 2FA settings. &amp;nbsp;Adding the most current mobile number, and backup email. &amp;nbsp;Please do this so I can login and make the updates needed and not lose the past few years of sweat and tears that I poured into these original designs and work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The account I need access to and temporarily remove 2FA from is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:jhartsoe1@collin.edu" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;jhartsoe1@collin.edu&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not sure if I ever put a backup email in but I assume it's &lt;A href="mailto:jasonhartsoe@me.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;jasonhartsoe@me.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;@gmail.com&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There must not be a mobile number as it did not offer the option for SMS during login. &amp;nbsp;PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE remove the 2FA temporarily or permanently even so I can get back in and update everything for my account. &amp;nbsp;I would greatly appreciate this very much as I DO NOT want to lose everything I worked hard for. &amp;nbsp;It's imperative I get access back to my files.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you sooooooooooooo much!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/524049"&gt;@RajkumarIlanchelian&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(Can you help?)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
