Drawing will not sync with any of the latest Design Milestone versions

My drawings often will not sync with my design changes, see attached screenshot showing the drawing stuck on V48, while the latest Milestone is 52, and the History on the right even shows that is the latest milestone and it even has a link to the drawing! Something is not right here. I have in the past tried waiting overnight, nothing happened. I've tried exiting the app and that sometimes pushes the drawing up one version, but still not the latest version. I have even used the HISTORY window on the right to pick say Milestone 51, and then Milestone 52, nothing changes, the drawing is stuck on 48. I need to get these drawing to the manufacturer yesterday, please help!!!

You did not say or show it in your screen capture, so I will ask. When you selected to see the History and then selected Milestone 52, did you notice that there is a "Use" icon at the bottom of the History Dialog box, did you click it?

I notice that the 3D design is a configured design, and drawing is created from one of the configuration. Please check if the workaround will help.

Opent the 3D design
Switch to the configuration used to create drawing
Save a new milestone version in 3D design, whose active configuration is the same as what's used in drawing
Switch to drawing and check if the configuration will be up to date
