    <description>&lt;P&gt;Fusion stopped working again on my windows laptop again a day or 2 later. It works okay on a smaller and slower laptop I have, but not my preferred laptop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attached a screenshot of where it get stuck loading.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to&amp;nbsp;%&lt;SPAN class="spelle"&gt;localappdata&lt;/SPAN&gt;%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders –&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="spelle"&gt;Webdeploy&lt;/SPAN&gt;, Web&amp;nbsp;Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion&lt;BR /&gt;4. Restart&amp;nbsp;your machine&lt;BR /&gt;5. Do not use the same Fusion installer.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried this but still no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just loads to a white window with Autodesk Fusion at the top left as it did before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attached the Network Diagnostic Test that has an error, would this be the cause of the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is this the first time you are using Fusion? (That is do you already have an account or this is the first you are creating an account?).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After spending the whole day trouble shooting it, I turned my computer on today and it now it works for no apparent reason, very confusing!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been using Fusion for over 2 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>
