    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a Sys Admin for a high school, and last week we upgraded to the latest version for Mac (&lt;STRONG&gt;v.2602.1.14 – May 27, 2025&lt;/STRONG&gt;) and now none of our users are able to sign in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The login page that opens up in the browser seems to be a new URL:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://signin-stg.autodesk.com/?flowId=fPXujAkD99" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://signin-stg.autodesk.com/?flowId=fPXujAkD99&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We get this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="2025-06-02_10-48.png" style="width: 522px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1539403i123B6761F030FA61/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="2025-06-02_10-48.png" alt="2025-06-02_10-48.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the accounts are all valid, they definitely exist, and to demonstrate it, we're able to login and use the web-based version of Fusion just fine. It uses a different URL:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://accounts.autodesk.com/logon.." target="_blank"&gt;https://accounts.autodesk.com/logon..&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else seeing this?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Seeing the same thing here. I just signed up for an educator account, downloaded Fusion, and it's saying it can't find my account (which I'm currently logged into to type this comment).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is what support got back to me with, and in my testing, it worked. But definitely test it out yourself.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the Mac, make sure&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Fusion&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;is not running, then:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Finder -&amp;gt; Application&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Find Autodesk&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Fusion&lt;/SPAN&gt;.app - &amp;gt; Right click " Show package contents"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Contents -&amp;gt;Resources -&amp;gt; CONFIG folder&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Find file "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Fusion&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;360.server.config"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rename to say "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Fusion&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;360.old.server.config&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Find file "FRR.server.config"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rename to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Fusion&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;360.server.config&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Launch&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Fusion&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and this should address the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
