Normally, I believe you can drag the bounding box around to re-position the text. However there seems to be an issue with the text command. I note that the Y-up or Z-up preference setting seems to have some impact on the initial position of the text. Are you using Z-up by default? Try setting to Y-up and then restart Fusion 360.
