Hi Brian,

Welcome to the forums.

I'm sorry to see you are having these problems. While I am not sure of the exact reason, I see that about a month ago another user had similar problems and was able to resolve it by changing his network proxy setting to "No proxy" from Automatic.

It's this post: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/can-t-load-or-save-in-fusion-360/td-p/5911151/page/2

If that doesnt work then you could try experimenting with one of the options there.

Additionally, there are some more Autodesk troubleshooting articles for solving network connectivity problems at this location:

Good luck!

I navigated to the folder C:\Users\kim\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\8556a3e1d81f6c5f0bca3f1440fbfa311d80a809\WIN64 which is the folder Fusion is looking for the file AdCefWebBrowser.exe and the file was not there. I then searched the hard drive and found the file in the folder C:\Users\kim\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\shared\BrowserComponent\3.3071.11\win64\Win64. I then copied the file AdCefWebBrowser.exe to the folder C:\Users\kim\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\8556a3e1d81f6c5f0bca3f1440fbfa311d80a809\WIN64. It stayed there for about 10 seconds and then disappeared. I tried copying it again and again it disappeared. I have excluded the file in my anti-virus program, Webroot. The only way I can get to the files on Fusion's server is by uninstalling Fusion 360 and reinstalling it. It opens automatically with the install and has connection with your server. If I leave the program and try to re-initiate Fusion 360, I get the no valid path message and no connection with the server. This is a new problem as I have been using this computer (Alienware 13 with Windows 10) for a number of weeks with Fusion 360. I really need answers here.

Hi @Anonymous,

Are there any other Anti-Virus softwares on the computer? Can you try disabling the Anti-Virus (including the running process) and see if the .exe file stays there? Also, what happens if you use Malware Anti-bytes to run a scan of the computer? I was helping someone last week and we ran that and it ended up finding a malware that was causing the .exe file to disappear.

Thanks,

I took my problem to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They said my Windows 10 had corrupted files that were causing the AdCefBrowser.exe to get eliminated. Although it was a new computer (less than a month old), I let them reinstall Windows 10. That cleared up the problem and I have not had the issue since.
