Here is what we can try based on certain things I am seeing in the logs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Do you have multiple Autodesk logins by any chance?&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to the browser and login to Fusion and then logout of that account&lt;BR /&gt;3. Go to add/remove programs - Look for Autodesk Identity Manager - Uninstall it&lt;BR /&gt;4. Restart your machine&lt;BR /&gt;5. Go to add/remove programs - Autodesk Fusion - Modify/change&lt;BR /&gt;6. This will launch the Fusion service utility&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;7. Run the "Repair Fusion"&lt;BR /&gt;8. Start Fusion now and se if you are ablate go past the sign in page&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Like Firefox or chrome etc).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does not help then we will need your log files.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From the image I assume this is windows and here is how to collect the logs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Go to add/remove programs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Select Autodesk Fusion&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will launch the Fusion service utility&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3 Run the gather system info&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4 This will generate two zip files&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip&lt;/P&gt;</description>

From what we understand it is some restriction that is placed likely by the OS may be that was blocking it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regarding your statement about installing trial version versus another version. please note that the install itself is all the same. Your login will determine which entitlement you receive for Fusion. So you can login now with your other account safely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
