    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since updating Fusion 360 I can no longer open as there is an error message asking me to check my internet connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an excellent web connection for all other apps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Fusion 360 community! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue! Were you able to use Fusion 360 without any issues before the update? If so, could you try &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-of-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html" target="_self"&gt;clean uninstall&lt;/A&gt; and re-install Fusion 360?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, have you changed any settings for your network environment? (fire-wall, anti-virus software, proxy, etc.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't work, could you attach &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-manually-collect-the-log-files-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html" target="_self"&gt;Application Log Files&lt;/A&gt; and a screenshot of the error message you are receiving to this thread? I would like to take a closer look at the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
