Read Access Denied

Hi guys - I've been fighting Fusion 360 all day. I'm using it at a startup so it has to work, we have deadlines to meet. When I try to open up my files, any files, it simply says Read Access Denied at the top and the file won't open. This is of course, after it attempts to load for several minutes, and says "Opening Document..." near the top of the program. Then blue letters saying Read Access Denied come up and it kicks me out of my entire Project Folder.

I've tried rebooting my computer and closing and reopening Fusion countless times. Kinda desperate here. What is going on? Does anyone know?

Edit: Just saw the notice about the service degredation. Glad i'm not going crazy and hoping for a quick resolution.

I cant open files - read access denied. Unhelpful Fusion cant open fie message. Lots of spinning beachballs

Hi @Anonymous - this is likely related to the current service outage, mentioned here. Keep an eye on that thread or our Health Dashboard for updates. In the meantime, are you able to access the files in offline mode?

Hi!

I've got the same issue: can't access to my project folders in Fusion 360, saying "Read access denied". I can still access to some of documents, but not for all of them. HOWEVER I can see ALL the files when open my account in a web-browser. Can somebody help me to solve this problem?

Do you have some idea, what cause this problem? (I see here that it occurs at many users...)

Brian, I am getting the very same messages this morning (in Europe). Access denied, long queue that cannot be uploaded, slow app, etc. Is there a page where users can see the status of the cloud - this would avoid much time-wasting in search of a solution. Many thanks!

Brian , i have the same issue . When I want to load my project , it say "Read Access Denied" . what should i do ? Just now, i had read all the comment but i cant find the solution. Hope u can help me because i need to finish my project this week. Thanks .

Hey, I've also got read access denied error.. At first Fusion 360 was running really bad, really bad. My laptop went crazy. I completely removed Fusion and installed again. I then tried to open my designs and got that read access denied. I can see the projects are still there when I go to my profile Online.. I need to do work guys..

Hi,

I'am having the same issue right now, and Fusion 360 is not responding (for a really long time). It should try to reach the server asynchronously at least, like it's done in Android (where the systems crashes your app if you try to reach the network on the Main Thread).

I checked Work offline to be able to use it for the files I have on my computer. What's causing this?

I am having the same problem! Belgium need it to work now!
