&lt;P&gt;After our November 9&lt;SUP&gt;th&lt;/SUP&gt; update, if you are having problems to access the drawings environment (the typical message you would encounter is shown below), please follow the workaround below. We believe this is a windows only issue at this time.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Turn on hidden folders on Windows – Follow the Microsoft support link to turn on hidden files and folder - &lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Close Fusion 360 if you have it running&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Delete folder “FusDoc”&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Launch Fusion 360 again and access the drawings environment&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This should get you back with drawings. We apologize if you hit this error message and hope the workaround gets you moving forward.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this does work then, we would appreciate getting your log files from you to understand this problem better – Go to Help -&amp;gt; Diagnostic log files. This should generate a zip file.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it works! I was working on a design this morning. Closed Fusion to eat and i supposed it installed the update. I wasn't able to use the drawing, reinstalled 2 times, rebooted, cursed Windows10 a lot, but well this makes it work!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. Had the same issue, this fix solved it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I did seriously consider reinstalling as the message suggested. &lt;P&gt;If you are currently in the situation where you are unable to launch Fusion Drawings, can you try for the following steps to see if it helps fix your Fusion 360 install. I noticed some errors in your attached Streamer log, in the past these errors can be resolved by cleaning up the following two&amp;nbsp;folders and re-running the Streamer Installer again via right click as an administrator.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Close Fusion 360 Completely&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open Windows Explorer&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Navigate to: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;I&gt;C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Delete both the "Web Services" and "webdeploy" directories&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Also rename the "autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log" to something like "autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.oldlog" so a new smaller log will be created after you run the installer.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Download the Fusion installer &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.appstreaming.autodesk.com/install/app/73e72ada57b7480280f7a6f4a289729f/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; (or if you already have a download file you can use that.).
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NOTE:&amp;nbsp;When you go to run the installer, make sure you right-click the installer file and then select Run As Administrato&lt;I&gt;r&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;I want to see if deleting those two folders and then re-running the installation fixes the problem where Drawings can't launch. If you are still unable to launch Drawing files include the newly generated: autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log to the thread.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Close Fusion 360&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Right-click the desktop icon for Fusion 360&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select Run as Administrator&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Now try to launch Drawings&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When Drawings launches for the first time it needs to create a folder with a username, for some reason this is failing in some circumstances. My previous steps of just re-installing and launching the installer as Admin will work because you do end up eventually launching drawings as an Admin in the reinstall workflow and the folder gets made. After you have launched the Drawings once as an Admin the issue where Drawings is unable to launch should be resolved. We are currently working on a complete solution so you don't have to right click run as Admin.&lt;/P&gt;

I do note, that this issue should be fixed within the month, so for any future posters please take note of this! So it is possible the solution Raj posted will not work for you this time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I believe the issue you are hitting now is because of a recent regression with Users on Windows that have a custom Local data path, you can workaround being unable to launch Drawings by doing the following set of steps one time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Close Fusion 360&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Right-click the desktop icon for Fusion 360&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select Run as Administrator&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Now try to launch Drawings&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you launch Drawings one time as an Administrator, the problem will go away, subsequent launches will not require you to run as admin. A fix for this problem will be coming out&amp;nbsp;very soon. Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;
