    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am an education user on Autodesk and have been using Fusion 360. Recently my software auto-updated and restarted, following this when I go to render it no longer shows my cloud credits as unlimited but I have just 2 credits which isn't correct to my package. Could someone advise me how to get back to the unlimited credits?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I just went ahead and took a peek at your account and it seems that everything should be working correctly. I can see the student entitlement is valid for Fusion. Just to check - is this issue still occurring? If so, what happens when you go into Fusion, then go to the Help menu and select About. Next to the Active Plan does it say student?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry, this took a little bit of digging. Upon reviewing your student entitlement it looks like you signed up for your Fusion educational account on January 22nd, 2014 which means since it is a 3 year license, that it expired earlier this week. This is why you are not seeing the cloud credits reflected in your account anymore.&lt;/P&gt;

As such, after rejoining a year later I am still yet to graduate, but am now in my final year and due to graduate by July. Is there no way I can extend the use of the subscription until then? &lt;P&gt;No problem at all! You can just renew the educational license! To do so, please visit this link &lt;A href="http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/autodesk-360-rendering" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;, sign-in, &amp;nbsp;and then select Get Access button. This should grant you another 3 year period of educational use which will renew your cloud credits.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know if that doesn't work and we can get it straightened out!&lt;/P&gt;

Unfortunately still not the solution. I followed the link you provided and it said I already had access, as shown in the screenshot below. However when I go into my autodesk account, rendering is showing as a trial period, also shown in a screenshot.&amp;nbsp;This must be the issue but i'm not sure how this has happened!
