A couple of things to try:

Manually select to work offline on the offending computer.

Open the design with the issue from the data panel while in offline mode.

Save a new version of the design while in offline mode.

Go back online and see if the design will sync.

For information about offline mode, see:
How to work in offline mode in Fusion 360

If you're unable to open when in offline mode, please upload a copy of your diagnostic log files here so that we can review them.

I suspect that if you remove (make a copy of it elsewhere) the local version of the file from the local cache directory and then try to reopen it, that it will download a fresh version from the cloud and open up normally.

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login\F

or

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

This is a new machine.

Offline "Cannot find downloaded file"

Online "File does not exist"

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login\F

I thought this was strange, the second set of asterisks=UnKnownUser, but that may be as it should be.

Since this is a new machine, there are no files in "F" folder

Windows 10, I7 processor

From the earlier post, it does show the thumbnails in the data pane, it gives the error when I try to open any of them.

Thanks for the update. By new machine, do you mean that you just installed Fusion 360 on it today?

There should be a numeric or alpha-numeric ID specific to your Autodesk Account for the second asterisk ***. UnknownUser doesn't sound correct to me. Is there another directory that it could be?

Can you upload a copy of the diagnostic log files? I could find out more from the log files and be more specific if I have this information.

Another thing to test is opening a previous version of the design.

http://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=GUID-16B4A3A9-9188-4193-95CD-00371D595EC0

I hope this helps. I look forward to your reply.
