    <description>&lt;P&gt;The data panel of Fusion 360 was black.&amp;nbsp; Paul Clauss at Autodesk took over operation of my computer and updated the graphics drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks to Paul, Fusion 360 now works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still Chase&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot open any of my designs anymore..</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a clean uninstall and re-installed Fusion 360.&amp;nbsp; Now I cannot retrieve any of my files from the Cloud.&amp;nbsp; I see them when I pull down the EXPORT menu, but cannot view them or work with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still Chase&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you receive an error message when you try to open a design in the Fusion 360 client? Could you share a screenshot of the error you are seeing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It will also help to get a copy of the diagnostic log files. There is a command in the help menu that will automatically collect the log files for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
