&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear this! I just answered your other post as well, but I'd be curious to see what might be causing this. Let me first check in the back end to see if what we are seeing is accurate or not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you PM me your email address that you use Fusion with so I can check in our backend and make sure everything looks good.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That does seem pretty strange. Do you have any network issues going on at all? Let me check into that email address again, but it does look like you should have a valid student entitlement. Can you please go into the help menu within Fusion, collect your diagnostic log files, and post them here. Also, you may want to edit your reply to remove the email address from the post (as it is public to everyone) and just message me privately with it or email me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry it took me a while to get back to you. After reviewing your logs I saw some strange activity. I can see when the issue started happening and since then you have been having issues. For diagnostic purposes can you please collect the following file and attach it here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Close Fusion 360&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open Windows Explorer&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Enable Hidden Folders from Control Panel&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to&amp;nbsp;C:\Users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\629757f22e01db34146388e207b7011b131e863a&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Collect Fusion360.server.config file and email it to me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once done, let's clean uninstall and reinstall Fusion. Based on your diagnostic logs - it does not look like you have performed this yet. To do this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Close Fusion 360&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Download and run our clean uninstaller &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-an-automatic-Clean-Uninstall-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Once run, restart your computer&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Download fusion from &lt;A href="http://www.appstreaming.autodesk.com/install/app/73e72ada57b7480280f7a6f4a289729f/" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the entitlement recognized now when you open Fusion?&lt;/P&gt;
