    <description>&lt;P&gt;No, but you can put it where it is needed by using the length of the path, and placing the point at the percentage of the length.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eg 100" length of line.&amp;nbsp; Point needed at the 60% position, would be 40% from the other end.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to create point along a path, as per&amp;nbsp;&lt;A title="" href="https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=SLD-CONSTRUCT-POINT-ALONG-PATH" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Design: Solid &amp;gt; Construction geometry &amp;gt; Point along path&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but somehow Fusion 360 seems to start from the opposite end of the path I desire to start. There is an arrow showing the direction it will measure in.       <description>That is a bit cumbersome but might work. Problem is that the length of&lt;BR /&gt;the path is dynamic and I need absolute distances between the points.&lt;BR /&gt;Doing it your way would require to calculate/know the length of the path&lt;BR /&gt;to place the points accordingly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Use case is designing a staircase and the points along the path (line of&lt;BR /&gt;ascent) are to mark where the front of the thread should cross the line&lt;BR /&gt;of ascent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pattern in the model area, you will get all the risers (points) in one go.&lt;/P&gt;
