How to clean the proxy settings?

Hello.

I am triyng to install Fusion 360 in my PC.

We used a proxy server in our network, and I couldn't install Fusion here. I tryed to fix my problem with that, but I couldn't find a solution and I gave up.

But we don't use a proxy here anymore. And now, when I try to open Fusion 360 there is a message

In my WebServises.log I founded this:

2017-05-15T17:16:27.983Z [Fusion360:4940, 7904] [AdWebServices.TimeService ERROR] Failed to get time from server https://time.akamai.com. Will retry next server url in 5s. Http error: 0. Network error: 99 Connection timed out. Proxy info: Host: ************, Port: *****, User: *******
Request:
GET https://time.akamai.com
User-Agent: Fusion360/3033.2.0.0 AutodeskWebServicesClient/8.1.8.1800 Windows/10.1198
Request body:

Response:
0
ConnectionEncrypted: true
Response body:

I think it is a problem that I have created entering my proxy information when I tryed to install behind a proxy in the past.

But how can I clean the proxy information?

Could you try the following to see if it will help?

Manually refresh any browser cache/options that could impact the Authentication Process:

Mac OS

In a Terminal window, type the command open ~/library

Browse to ~Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Neutron Platform/{alphanumeric folder name}.

Delete NGlobalOptions.xml.

Browse to ~Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Neutron Platform/

Delete NMachineSpecificOptions.xml

In a Terminal Window type the command open $TMPDIR

Browse to ~T/Autodesk/

Right click on the folder named BrowserCache and select Move to Trash

Launch Fusion 360

Windows

Browse to %appdata%\autodesk\neutron platform\options\{alphanumeric folder name}.

Delete NGlobalOptions.xml.

Browse to %appdata%\autodesk\neutron platform\options

Delete NMachineSpecificOptions.xml

Browse to %temp%\autodesk\

Delete the BrowserCache folder.

Launch Fusion 360

Remove the LoginState.xml file and Restart Fusion 360:

Mac OS
1. (Close Fusion 360) In Terminal, type the below command and press enter
open ~/library/
2. In the Subsequent Finder window (Macintosh HD > Users > %Profile% > Library), browse to
~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services
3. In the Web Services Directory, locate the file LoginState.xml
4. Right click on LoginState.xml and select Move to Trash
5. Restart Fusion 360

Windows
1. (Close Fusion 360) In windows explorer browse to %localappdata%\autodesk\web services
2. In the Web Services directory, right lick on the LoginState.xml file and select delete
3. Restart Fusion 360

You may also want to try and reset the Time & Date, Daylight Savings Time, and Regional settings on the computer to the correct current conditions.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
