Hello Mike,

Thank you for your answer. I checked the link you provided. Here is the result:

I've no proxy server, settings are windows defaults

I've no firewall other then windows firewall.

I've no antivirus other then windows defender.

I've disabled both firewall and antivirus mentioned above and tried to install Fusion. Didn't work...

My time settings are all set to automatic and time itself is correctly displayed.

Applications that may interfering with installation... I've just installed windows. I have no other software installed.

So... What do you think?

Thanks.

Hello All,

I cannot install Fusion 360. I've checked network settings, tried all sort of different things mentioned on forum posts to no avail. As a last resort I tried reinstalling Windows. But it didn't work either.

Anyone having the same issues? Do you have any workarounds? Please help me out.

Attached you can find the error screen and log file.

Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for posting!

From your log files, it looks like your computer is having some trouble communicating with some of our services. Luckily, we have an article (linked here) that provides a bunch of different suggestions to get that cleared up. Would you mind working through the suggestions provided and letting me know if that allows you to install Fusion successfully?

I hope this helps! Please let me know if that clears things up or if you have any questions or concerns.

Cheers,

Hello All,

I've solved the problem. My log file indicates there was some problem with network although I've no special configuration (like proxy server or firewall). What I did was activate my VPN connection and the problem was gone. Also, I realized that I need to keep VPN on at all times to work with Fusion. A week ago this was not the case. I don't know what has changed since but it is what it is.
