All my files in 123D Design suddenly blank ?!

Hey folks,

When i opened 123D Design today, suddenly all the projects i save to the cloud service within 123D Design is gone ??

I can still see all the files when i try to load them, but only the names. The thumbnails are blank and when you try to load them the workspace is also blank ??? Does anybody know what i can do to retreive my files ??

Autodesk apparently doesnt offer any support to people like me that are not subscribed.

Hi @Anonymous,

Unfortunately it seems like 123D has been replaced with other programs and it's no longer supported which means you have lost access to your files in the cloud.

I have called them several times and I got no where. They either put me on hold or they hang up

the phone. My Autodesk 123D Design would not open it said there was an Internet problem. I

shut down and booted back up and still nothing worked. I really liked

Autodesk 123D. I downloaded

find now I have this problem. I had high hopes but not I wouldn't get Autodesk 123D a bit of spit.

There support stinks. Now I have projects that need to be finished and now I have nothing. I found

out that Autodesk 123D Design doesn't work on Windows 10. I works great on my Windows 8. What

gives.

I think that Autodesk should hire people for a help desk so people like me could call in and

get help. They should spend some money. They would have more people buying and using

Autodesk 123d more. I just pays to spend money to get good results.
