Do you know if you installed the lab version (all-user) of Fusion 360? If so, this version does not update automatically, it requires the administrator to push the update.

The attached PDF will provide all the information needed to perform this.

If you suspect this is not the case, it would be helpful to take a look at the diagnostic log files from one of the machines that will not update. Could you run the diagnostic log file command in the help menu and then attach the ZIP file that is created to your next reply?

That might help me to better identify what is happening.

The below link should contain all the information (including the ports and domains) that Fusion 360 needs access to in order to function.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/a360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Network-Configuration-for-Fusion-360.html

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

I have taught fusion 360 for a month in my middle school computer lab. My IT guy installed the network version of fusion and its been working well. Problem is it won't update the version. It says network firewall issue. I understand when a student logs into there autocad account since they don't have adminstrative priviledges. When the IT guy comes here and logs onto the computer and uses my autocad account it still won't update to current version of fusion.

On my teacher computer we loaded the single user version of fusion and when I log in it does update whenever a newer version arrives.

Is there a setting my IT guy needs to change within fusion or is it my network that needs tweaking ?
